Led by Nathan Korczynski and Melvin Chaloupka, the team brings together decades of experience in real estate, ranch ownership, construction, land management, hunting, and rural property sales across Texas.

Melvin brings more than 30 years of experience in real estate development, construction, and sales, with a strong focus on land, farm, and ranch properties. His background in building, remodeling, property improvements, and large-tract development gives clients valuable insight when evaluating a property’s usability, potential, and long-term value. As a ranch owner himself, Melvin understands the practical side of owning and improving rural property.

Nathan is a third-generation Texas real estate professional with deep roots in South Texas. Raised around hunting, ranching, and land management, he developed a strong appreciation for rural property early on. His experience as a Ranch Manager and Hunting Guide on the King Ranch, along with his background in the oil and gas industry, gives him a well-rounded perspective when working with land, ranch, recreational, and rural real estate clients.

Together, Nathan and Melvin offer a hands-on approach backed by local knowledge, real-world experience, and a genuine understanding of the land and ranch lifestyle.
